Praying with Psalm 92

“Still they shall bear fruit in old age, fat and flourishing they shall be.” -Psalm 92:14 Can I measure the infinite? Would I be able to count the stars and call each by name? Am I able to number the hairs on every soul that has ever lived? Could I collect every tear ever cried and number and name every one by their story? Adonai, Elohim, Yahweh, Ageless One . . . who can think these things and ever doubt Your everlasting goodness? Your loving kindness is life that shows no deference to age . . . You even raise the dead, and can raise an aging man to shalom, peace, and flourishing. It has been, Lord, may it be. Amen. For further devotion in song please listen to You Came (Lazarus) by Jonathan David and Melissa Helser
