Praying with Psalm 54

“Behold God is my helper.” -Psalm 54:4 If I behold, I have but to come closer, look, and see, lay hold of. Lord is there anything higher, stronger, more concrete and real than You? You are the “really real”, and in You alone is my help, both past and present, and I know You are my future help. Though enemies surround me, and the enemy of my false self is at war with the true me within, You are greater, more real than all these shadows. “O Lord make haste to save me." Amen.
