Praying with Psalm 38

“All my desire and my sighing from You is not hidden”

-Psalm 38:9 Lord God, nothing is hidden from You, yet I have stood before You with my fig-leaf confessions. All my desire is before You, all my heartache is an open field in Your eyes. Grant me the courage to be before You as an open field, and the patience to wait for Your rain and sun to wash and rescue me. Amen.
