Praying with Psalm 35

“Say to my soul ‘your salvation I Am.’” -Psalm 35:3 How can I say, “My strength is gone, my motivation has left me, exhaustion is my only friend” If I continue to take the sword and shield into my own hands? Break my grip, O God, release the armor from my chest, I surrender my fight to You. Defend me, Adonai, fight for me, show me Your salvation once more. You are the hero of my story. Speak to my fear, shout at my anxiety, “Your salvation I AM.” Amen.
