Praying with Psalm 119: Taw ת

“I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek Your servant, for Your commandments I do not forget.” -Psalm 119:176

How many times must I go astray in one day? How many times am I lost in my own thoughts? How many times before the sun sets do I turn eastward towards my fear and how many times do I turn left in full agreement with my anxiety while Your Spirit is leading right? I am lost a hundred times in the day, and a hundred times at night. Yet I have made efforts time and time again to cling to Your word, and failed time and again. I can not hold on to You, so Lord I ask, let Your grace and mercy hold on to me. Amen.
