Praying with Psalm 119: Ayin ע

“With longing my eyes fail from seeking Your salvation.”

-Psalm 119:123

Lord I confess, my eyes fail not from seeking after You, but my own understanding. I am wearied by my own reasoning, exhausted by my own thinking. An internal hamster on a wheel, an ongoing feedback loop. Yahweh, break the wheel, sever the loop, restore my vision, let me only seek and see You. Be Lord of my thoughts, ruler of all my heart-mind. Let me have the mind of Christ so completely, until all my thoughts belong to You. Amen.
