More Life: A Litany-Collect

O God, Giver of Life, Spring of Life, River of Life,

Who formed Adam from the dust and breathed your life into him,

I pray that you would:

Fill me with your life abundant and everlasting;

Orient the entirety of my life toward you;

Live and move and have your being in me;

Speak words of life through me;

Heal broken life in my presence;

Restore lives lived in weakness by me;

Preserve my life in the presence of my enemies;

Raise me in the newness of life each day as I wake; and,

Give me, moment by waking moment, more life in you,

That I might walk, and run, and stand as a vessel of life triumphant.
