More Human: A Simple Prayer

Creator God,

Who made me in your image,

Remind me that, in sinning, I'm not permitted to say, "Oh, I'm just human" because, to sin, is actually to be less than human.

For, I want to be fully human, and I can only do that when I'm living in your holy will and being the human you want me to be.

Amen.
