Holy Ears: A Collect

O Omniaudient, all-hearing, God,

Who heard the first sounds of your creation and

Who restored hearing to the ears of the deaf,

I pray for holy ears,

That I might hear your voice always about me and

Hear your footsteps always with me and

Hear the sounds of your holiness

Resounding throughout the earth and my life,

In order that I might be more attuned to you

Moment by moment.

In the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
