A Prayer for Hawai'i: A Collect

God of these islands,

Who crafted them in all their splendor that we might gaze upon them with a most profound awe,

Let not the beauty blind us to the ugly injustices done to those for whom this home was intruded upon,

That we might stand in solidarity with them in the plea for justice,

And, in so doing, point to Justice.

Amen.
